Making an Appointment
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, you need to make an appointment. If you have an emergency, you will receive top priority. Though occasional delays sometimes occur due to emergencies or more complicated appointments, we make every attempt to see each client on time. Please call 215-773-9494 to make an appointment.
If you are a new client, you will need to fill out a New Client Patient Form. To speed up your first visit, you can go here and print out this Form to bring with you. Also bring any pet records or information you may have.
For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available. A "drop-off" means you bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for several hours. We usually ask you to "drop-off" sometime in the morning so Dr. Gadusek can examine the patient inbetween appointments or at the time reserved for admitted patients. Once Dr. G is done, he will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions.
Arriving With Your Pet
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new surroundings, new people and other pets. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on leash and properly controlled while in the reception area and exam rooms. All cats must be confined in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Cancelling an Appointment
When you make a Clinic or Surgery Appointment, this time has been set aside exclusively for you.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment.
Your kind consideration will allow us to be able to schedule another client who needs an appointment into this slot.
